Some representative sermons by the cathedral clergy.

The Book of Common Prayer sets out the “scripts” for our services of public worship.  The BCP also contains shorter (pp.136-140) and longer forms that can be used for daily prayer in both traditional (pp.36-73) and contemporary (pp. 74-135) language.  Because the psalms have always been a staple of Christian prayer, the BCP includes a complete psalter (pp.582-808)

For Christians, the Bible is the primary source-book on who God is and how God loves, and who we are meant to be for each other.  Because it is good to engage with it every day, the Book of Common Prayer offers a program of daily readings on pages 934-1001.

Forward Day by Day is a booklet of daily inspirational meditations reflecting on a specific Bible passage, chosen from the daily lectionary readings as listed in the Revised Common Lectionary or the Daily Office from the Episcopal Church's Book of Common Prayer.

The Episcopal Café seeks to be an independent voice, reporting and reflecting on the Episcopal Church and the Anglican tradition.  The Café is not a platform of advocacy, but it does aim to tell the story of the church from the perspective of Progressive Christianity.
